NATO Security Level II Security Clearance
A Canadian organization required NATO Secret Level II personnel and organizational clearance to work on sensitive multinational defence programs. We delivered full guidance, documentation support, and compliance preparation to secure their clearance successfully.
Challenge
The organization needed to obtain NATO Secret Level II clearance to support sensitive contracts involving classified information and multinational defence authorities. They required assistance understanding requirements, preparing screening documentation, identifying key cleared personnel, and establishing the internal processes needed to safeguard classified material.
Approach
We guided the client through each stage of the NATO and Industrial Security Program clearance process. This included interpreting federal security requirements, preparing FSC and DSC documentation, establishing screening workflows, and building internal procedures to safeguard classified information.
We also provided guidance on mitigation planning, briefing structures, facility setup, and readiness for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) reviews.
